Trout Fish Stick “Hot Dog”

Ingredients

  • Hot dog buns
  • Belmira breaded trout fish sticks
  • Shredded red cabbage
  • Mayonnaise
  • Mustard
  • Chopped chives

Preparation

  1. Bake or fry the trout fish sticks following the package instructions.
  2. Open the bun and add a layer of red cabbage.
  3. Place 2-3 fish sticks on top of the cabbage.
  4. Mix mayonnaise and mustard, drizzle over the fish sticks and garnish with chives.
